The building itself is full of character and charm. The room was comfortable and ready early upon our arrival, very helpful as we could rest before beginning our day. Giovanni provided great local tips and even offered us a map of Rome, helping us discover wonderful restaurants and hidden gems.

Luggage had to be carried up two flights of stairs.

Fairly quiet and perfect rooms, exceptionally comfortable beds. Had great a mini-bar, a safe and coffee/tea makers. Terrific service overall and parking nearby.

Fantastic little and delightful place, great for trip. Location really close to attractions and food tips and all the main landmarks. For tea or coffee visit Caffe Del Quirinale nearby. Very enjoyable overall experience;))

Signage outside is confusing!!! Wi-Fi connection is dreadful, and the A/C control seems to be a lost cause-definitely more assistance needed with tech issues!!!

Recommend it for romantic couples

So we stayed there 4 nights and it was my 3rd time in this place, but let me tell you, this was the best stay ever. Giovanni, the host, was amazing, gave us a map and helped us figure out all the must-see spots, really seemed like we had a local guide with us.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got it was acceptable.

Sweet Dreams Roma has a charming vibe. The room I stayed in was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Giovanni, the host, took the time to share local tips and hidden gems, made exploring Rome much more enjoyable. I appreciated having a refrigerator in the room and the early check-in was a nice touch after a long journey. The heating system was inadequate during the day was nice. There was some street noise at night, which might disturb light sleepers. Despite a few issues, the hospitality and local insights were nice.

We loved the fantastic location! Just a short walk from Fontana di Trevi and the Colosseum. Giovanni was super helpful with directions and local tips. It was nice having a large bathroom with a relaxing bed for our family with grown kids.

My kids wished the heating worked better during the day.

Good hotel with amenities like free Wi-Fi, luggage storage, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a bottle of water at night. I highly recommend trying Giovanni's local dining tips.

A wonderful location makes it easy to explore local culture and attractions on foot. The host provided invaluable restaurant recommendations, highlighting local spots for artisan bread. The room had several maintenance issues. The air conditioning was weak, and the Wi-Fi connection was unreliable, which overshadowed an otherwise pleasant stay.

It was just a commendable fit for a weekend outing in Rome with great value for money. The staff really tries their best. They moved us to a better room when we raised concerns. Check for potential noise from the street if you're a light sleeper.

carrying our bags up two flights was a bit of a hassle. but giovanni made our stay special by giving us a personalized map of rome (so helpful! ). we loved the spacious room and the coffee machine (great for a morning boost! location was perfect (just a short walk to everything! )

My boyfriend and I greatly enjoyed being there; it's an excellent little hotel. the location was amazing, just a minute's walk from a lively square. - the public parking was nearby, a great service.
